Meet Nymeria (goes By Nym Most Of The Time). She Is A Very Sweet Animal, But Has Special Needs, In Need Of A New Home. I Picked Nym Up At The Local Humane Society About 2 Years Ago. When I Got Her, The Shelter Said She Was An "active Dog," But Later I Found Out It Was More Than That. Nym Has Major Generalized Anxiety And Pretty Severe Separation Anxiety. She Is Currently Taking 100mg Trazadone, To Manage Her Anxiety. She Is Generally Really Sweet And Active/playful, But Often Forgets How Strong She Is. Her Anxiety Is Pretty Severe, To The Point That She Will Try To Tear The Door Down To Get To Me If I Go Get The Mail From The Mailbox Without Her. She CANNOT Be Left Unattended If I Leave The House, As She Has Eaten Multiple Household Items When Unattended. She Needs To Be Crated When Left Alone, But Hates The Crate. I Have Tried Training Classes, Training Collars, Treats, Etc. And Nothing Has Worked. She Needs Someone Who Is Around A Lot And Can Work With Her Intensively On Her Needs.
